At House of Mogra, every order is packed with the same care that goes into weaving each saree. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your order across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We are unable to process or deliver orders to international addresses at this time. If this changes in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time

Every saree is carefully checked, folded, and packed by hand before it leaves us. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, in addition to the delivery timeline mentioned below.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing time may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes — we appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value, and will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment. Any applicable shipping fee (or a free-shipping eligibility, where applicable) will be shown at checkout prior to order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your order's delivery status in real time. If you face any issues accessing tracking information, please reach out to us at info@houseofmogra.com.

6. Serviceability

While we strive to deliver to every pin code across India, certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of order, we will notify you and assist with alternate arrangements or a full refund.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

•Courier or logistics network disruptions

•Natural events, strikes, or local restrictions

•Incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout

•High order volumes during sales, festive seasons, or promotional events

We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of any significant delay to your order.

8. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofmogra.com with photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. We will investigate and assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate, in line with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. House of Mogra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
