The Website is owned and operated by House of Mogra Lifestyle Private Limited, having its registered office at Universal House, Plot No. 80, 89, Marol Cooperative Industrial Estate Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059 (“House of Mogra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our sarees and products as accurately as possible, including colour, fabric texture, and detailing. However, slight variations may occur due to:

•Differences in screen display and lighting conditions during photography

•The handcrafted and handwoven nature of our products, which may result in minor natural variations between pieces

These variations are part of the authenticity of handwoven textiles and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

3.1 Accepted payment methods

•Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other online payment methods via our secure payment gateway

•Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your pin code, subject to any COD charges communicated at checkout

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. House of Mogra does not store your card or banking details.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD order placement) and receipt of an order confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout and may vary based on your location and courier serviceability. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, House of Mogra is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your House of Mogra saree. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

•The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

• Products purchased on final sale, clearance, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange

•Customised, altered, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged or defective

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@houseofmogra.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method; COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@houseofmogra.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per Section 6 above.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to images, product designs, text, logos, and the House of Mogra name and branding, is the exclusive property of House of Mogra Lifestyle Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
